RIM to become a ‘lean, mean hunting machine’ says CEO

The new CEO of Blackberry maker RIM has vowed to transform the company into a ‘lean, mean, hunting machine’. A new set of smartphones are to be released next year by the  troubled company.

CEO Thorsten Heins told attendees of his first annual meeting in six months that he will fight to restore the huge market value lost by RIM.

He clearly told the audience that he is not satisfied with the performance of the company.

However, analysts remain skeptical as Blackberry has lost a great deal of ground to the Android and iPhone devices.
