The founder of SurveyMonkey has revealed why he shunned a $1bn IPO for his survey website as used by some of the world’s leading companies.
Speaking during an interview, he noted that part of the reason for not going public is because he would prefer to the run company in his own way, rather than the way that analysts dictate.
SurveyMonkey is highly profitable with an EBITDA of $61 million on revenues of $113 million.
