The principals have all worked in start-ups and listed businesses and together have been part of fund raising initiatives totalling over £75m. Since 2001 the company has raised finance for over 15 companies in the technology, software and media related industries, remaining as advisors to some and share holders in others. Adding to their commercial experience the principals are all MBA, ACCA or Securities Institute qualified.
The company’s core strength is practical, pragmatic and effective advice in pre-funding situations, working with teams to ensure they are set up and advised properly to raise finance, negotiate terms and then close the deal. Occasionally the company will work with the company in certain areas to strengthen its offering but our focus is on funding efficiency.
