Recent research has suggested that angel returns are positively affected by time spent on due diligence ('Siding with the Angels', BBAA/Nesta, 2009). But what constitutes effective due diligence for angel investors and what issues should an investor take into account when assessing a business?

This networking/professional development workshop will feature an interactive panel session with industry experts focusing on key issues surrounding the due diligence process for investors.
